Pre-orders

This means your item is reserved before it is in stock and will be produced or prepared for shipment after your order is placed.

Payment is collected in full at the time your pre-order is placed to reserve your item.

Delays may occur. While we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, unexpected production or shipping delays can occur. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates if there are any significant changes to your order.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new collection launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99

• Free Shipping: Available on orders of $90 or more (before taxes, if applicable).

Due to the limited nature of our collections and our status as a small independent business, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
